IJARO Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of IJARO business software. By using IJARO, the user agrees to these terms.
Permitted use
IJARO may be used for lawful business data entry, challan generation, registers, backup and related operations. The user must not misuse the software, attempt unauthorized access or use it to violate any law.
User responsibility
The user is responsible for the accuracy of entered data, tax calculations, statutory compliance, document content, account security and maintaining suitable backups. IJARO is a software tool and does not provide legal, accounting or tax advice.
Google Drive connection
Google Drive integration is optional and operates only after user authorization. Google services are governed by Google's own terms and availability. Users can disconnect or revoke access at any time.
Availability and updates
IJARO may receive improvements, corrections or security updates. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the software available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, IJARO's developer is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, incorrect user-entered information, third-party service interruption or data loss caused by failure to maintain backups.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the software or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
