IJARO Privacy Policy

IJARO is business software for creating, managing and backing up challans and related records. This policy explains how IJARO handles information when you use the software.
Information handled by IJARO
- Company, party, jobworker, product, challan and other business information entered by the user.
- Software settings, templates, masters and licence or login identifiers used to operate the software.
- Google account authorization information when the user chooses to connect Google Drive.
How information is used
Information is used only to provide IJARO functions such as data entry, challan generation, registers, backup, restore and synchronization between the user's authorized devices.
Local storage and Google Drive
IJARO stores working data in the user's browser or device. When Google Drive sync is enabled, IJARO uses the Google Drive API to create, read, update and synchronize IJARO files selected or created by the software in the user's Google Drive. IJARO does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
IJARO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing and retention
IJARO does not sell personal or business information. Data may be processed by services selected by the user, such as Google Drive, only to provide the requested function. Data remains until the user deletes it from the device, browser, Google Drive or any connected backup service.
User control
Users can disconnect Google Drive, revoke IJARO access from their Google Account permissions, and delete locally stored or Drive backup data. Revoking access stops future Google Drive synchronization.
Security
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect their devices, Google accounts and backup copies.
